½ cup Chia Seeds
2 cups Unsweetened coconut milk
⅔ cup Aquafaba (this is the liquid in a can of chickpea)
1 cup cacao
2 Dates (pitted)
1 Banana
4 Raspberries

Combine and stir unsweetened coconut milk.

In a blender (I personally love my Vitamix). Combine Aquafaba, cacao, dates and blend on low until mixture is fluffy.

Fill 2/3 of mini mason jar with refrigerated chia mixture.

Top with fluffy cacao mousse, bananas and raspberries.
