As a food enthusiast, natural health buff and avid athlete, I have come into the industry to transform people’s lives to live happier and healthier. Combining my personal chef background along with my master’s degree in clinical nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health, I am motivated and excited to support and cater to your food, health and lifestyle goals as a culinary nutritionist.  As of 2017, I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist* certificant.

I truly believe in bio-individuality, in that each person’s needs are different from the next.  I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you based on an in depth clinical assessment.  I will also assist you in making lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

As a clinical nutritionist, I received my master’s degree from Maryland University of Integrative Health in Laurel, Maryland.  I specialize in bringing balance back into people’s lives after they feel they’ve hit a dead end or just want support in maintaining a health-supportive lifestyle.  I will gladly work with your current medical doctors in a teamwork approach as needed or requested.  I have worked with people from all age groups by assisting them to feel well again by tackling any issues they may have, such as, acid reflux, ADD/ADHD, adrenal fatigue, allergies, anemia, anxiety, asthma, athletic performance, autoimmune conditions, child behavioral issues, blood sugar dysregulation, cancer, diabetes, emotional dysregulation, fatigue, gastrointestinal issues, hormonal issues, insomnia, surgery recovery, thyroid issues, and weight gain/loss.

As a chef, I received my training from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City.  I specialize in healthful, whole foods cooking and am well-practiced in planning nutritionally balanced menus and developing menus for specific dietary needs.  I am a firm believer in the “you are what you eat” mentality.

As a health coach, I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.  Drawing on this knowledge, we will work together to create a completely personalized “road-map to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences and goals.

Whether you want a nutritionist to support your individual health goals, teach you how to eat healthier, someone to cook your daily meals or simply teach you basic cooking techniques, I will be there to assist you.
