Spring is here… so, what do you do?

One of the many perks of the season is the warmer weather, which us the chance to bring our healthy eating journey even closer to home by growing some of our own vegetables and produce. Now, if you don’t have a green thumb, and don’t feel so savvy with growing your fruits and vegetables, don’t feel bad. There are many options for you besides having an outdoor garden; perhaps try an indoor garden tower which has all the perks of owning your own Plant Tower, while living in NYC or any city for that matter. Whether you’re gardening or growing your produce on the Plant Tower, it’s still a fun and exciting way to improve your own health, improve the quality of your food, reduce the cost of groceries and inspire your family to pursue a healthier lifestyle, all starting from home. Home gardening is a simple way to create fun, health inspired moments with your family, as you cook and create new traditions together. Not to mention that home gardening is a great way to get connected in your community and is beneficial for the environment.
